Rose Johnson is a Project Consultant at Transform Consulting Group (TCG). She holds a Master of Public Affairs with concentrations in nonprofit management and public policy analysis from Indiana University. She also has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Indiana University and a certificate in Fund Raising Management from the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy.

Rose is passionate about youth-serving organizations that empower young people and their families and equip them with tools to improve their futures. She discovered this passion at a young age. She grew up going to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Bloomington, and her experience there significantly impacted her life. She is still involved with the organization today. Most recently, Rose served as the Director of Corporate and Foundation Giving at the Girl Scouts of Central Indiana, where she remains a dedicated volunteer. From direct service to program development to fundraising, youth development work has been a consistent focus in Rose’s varied professional and volunteer experiences.

Rose is passionate about applying her experience and education to help organizations explore how data and research-based best practices can inform their efforts to make a critical change in their communities. As a fundraiser for 5 years, she also looks forward to helping organizations tell their communities compelling stories about their work through data-informed storytelling.
