Brittany Kurt is a Project Consultant at Transform Consulting Group (TCG). She holds a Master of Public Affairs with a concentration in nonprofit management from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from DePaul University. She also has a graduate certificate in Philanthropic Studies from the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy.

Brittany is passionate about organizations serving and empowering girls and underserved youth. She discovered this passion after serving her first term as an AmeriCorps VISTA with the Indiana Commission for Higher Education. As a first-generation college student, Brittany found joy in helping students apply for and enroll in college with the help of the 21st Century Scholarship. After her AmeriCorps term and continued work with the Commission, Brittany pursued her graduate education while working with the Indiana Nonprofits Project and Girls Inc. of Monroe County. Before beginning her career with TCG, Brittany was a Project Manager for the United Way of Monroe County to help launch a regional strategic plan for alleviating homelessness titled “Heading Home.”

Her passion and experiences drew her to the work of TCG. She is excited to serve a variety of organizations working to better their communities. She is especially thrilled to work with organizations in education and youth development in her hometown of Indianapolis.
