Sarah Lochner is a Senior Project Consultant at Transform Consulting Group. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and Criminal Justice from Manchester University. She is currently finishing her Master of Arts Degree in Organizational Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Sarah’s previous work includes 18 years in the criminal justice field, serving as a probation officer, Chief Probation Officer, and Director of Court Services. As Chief Probation Officer, she oversaw the consolidation of the Wabash County Probation Department and the Wabash County Community Corrections Program to form what is now known as Wabash County Court Services. In her time with Court Services, Sarah was instrumental in implementing problem-solving court programs such as Drug Court, ReEntry Court, and Family Recovery Court. These programs were intensive supervision programs designed to target substance use, criminogenic needs, and family reunification; all adhering to national standards and the problem-solving court model. Sarah served as the Pretrial Coordinator and early implementer of pretrial release in Indiana. Sarah piloted a behavior response program for Court Services, which serves as a model across the State.
Sarah is passionate about serving the community and serving others, assisting individuals and organizations to reach their full potential, establish goals, and reach them.
