Krystal is a Project Consultant at Transform Consulting Group specializing in mixed methods program evaluation. She is passionate about helping organizations make the most data informed decisions and supporting them through evaluation infrastructure development. She holds a Master of Social Work from Indiana University.

Before beginning her career at TCG, Krystal was an analyst at Indiana University Indianapolis, conducting qualitative and quantitative research for Indianapolis-based organizations and agencies in fields of youth and families, criminal justice, housing and homelessness, and community development. Krystal is committed to applying principles of equity throughout her work, ensuring that data is utilized to make our world a more just place. 

Krystal is most passionate about causes that are dedicated to fighting for racial, economic, gender, and disability justice. As a new Transformer, Krystal is excited to support our data team while building data dashboards to help community organizations make informed decisions.

Krystal serves on the board of directors for Mended Arrows, a youth serving organization based in Indianapolis. She is also a member of the Marion County Reentry Coalition.
