Cathy Wright is a Senior Project Consultant for Transform Consulting Group. Cathy holds a Master’s in historic preservation from Ball State University’s College of Architecture and Planning. Previously, she led the North Central Office of Indiana Landmarks, a prominent statewide nonprofit historic preservation organization, where she collaborated with nonprofits, government agencies, and individuals to preserve historic buildings and revitalize communities. This experience fostered a deep appreciation for nonprofit organizations and community development. 

At Transform Consulting Group, Cathy continues to strengthen nonprofits, particularly through Collective Impact projects and strategic planning. She finds working with cross-sector coalitions to solve complex community issues a rewarding challenge.  

In her personal time, Cathy enjoys cooking, reading, hiking with her family, and game nights with friends.

Community Involvement

Cathy is involved with Round Table and volunteers at Access Youth Center and as a Kids Hope Mentor. She is also an active member at Wabash Presbyterian Church where she serves as an Elder and several committees.
