Mission 25

At Transform Consulting Group (TCG), we believe in the power of local collaboration to drive meaningful change, and we’re thrilled to celebrate this powerful example.

Mission 25, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting recovery and wellness in Whitley County and Northeast Indiana, has officially opened its brand-new building. This incredible milestone not only marks a major expansion of services but also reflects years of hard work, vision, and partnership across the community.

We are honored to have played a small but meaningful role in bringing this project to life. TCG was hired by the Community Foundation of Whitley County to write and submit a competitive grant proposal for Mission 25, resulting in $3 million in funding for the construction of this transformational new facility. This was in response to an opportunity provided by NEXT Level Whitley County, a cross-sector initiative.

Mission 25’s new site greatly expands its ability to serve individuals facing housing instability, addiction, and life crises. With enhanced shelter accommodations and expanded space for on-site services, the organization is now even better equipped to support the recovery journey of those it serves.

As Mission 25 shared in their announcement, this expansion strengthens their mission to walk alongside individuals and families, offering not just shelter but hope and pathways to long-term stability.

This project is a testament to what can be accomplished when local nonprofits, funders, and thought partners come together with a shared vision. We’re grateful to the leaders at Mission 25 and NEXT Level Whitley County for their tireless work and to the Community Foundation of Whitley County for championing forward-thinking investments in community well-being.

If your organization is planning a large-scale initiative and needs support with capacity building, strategy development, or project implementation, TCG is here to help. We specialize in equipping mission-driven groups with the tools and resources needed to amplify their impact. Learn more about these services or schedule a free consultation today.
