Community foundations are vital community institutions, serving as funders, conveners, and irreplaceable resources for nonprofits, donors, and other partners.
Transform Consulting Group (TCG) has worked with many community foundations across the nation and is excited to begin work with a new community foundation client in our home state of Indiana: the Kosciusko County Community Foundation (KCCF).
Earlier this fall, we began a collaboration with KCCF to facilitate the development of its next strategic plan. We are excited to work with them over the next several months to explore the strengths, needs, and opportunities in the county and to help create an actionable roadmap that supports their community.
KCCF is technically a new client for us, but the organization has been connected to our work for years. KCCF has partnered on several other projects we’ve completed in Kosciusko County, including funding our current work with Habitat for Humanity of Kosciusko County to form a housing coalition, as well as our past work with the county’s early childhood education coalition, LaunchPad.
We look forward to continuing to collaborate with organizations in Kosciusko County that are working to improve the quality of life for their community. This strategic plan will help KCCF accelerate its impact over the next five years and beyond.
