For 26 years, the Lilly Endowment’s Giving Indiana Funds for Tomorrow (GIFT) initiative has invested in community foundations across Indiana, helping them grow their capacity and create lasting impact in the communities they serve. 

Transform Consulting Group (TCG) is proud to have partnered with over 25 community foundations through various GIFT iterations. We are excited to add another!  We are now partnering with the Community Foundation of Wabash County (CFWC) to support their current GIFT IX efforts. 

Building Capacity. Increasing Collaboration. Telling the Community’s Story.

CFWC’s GIFT IX work centers on nonprofit capacity building and stronger collaboration across the local sector. As part of this work, TCG is partnering with CFWC to engage local nonprofits in identifying shared, clear metrics to monitor community vitality and well-being. This will culminate in a community indicators dashboard.

A well-designed community dashboard is a powerful tool. It helps communities make sense of local data, surface opportunities, and celebrate assets, giving nonprofits, funders, and civic leaders a shared picture of where things stand and where to focus energy.

Workshop: Data That Speaks — Storytelling for Nonprofit Leaders

TCG is also presenting a workshop “Data That Speaks: Storytelling for Nonprofit Leaders” as part of CFWC’s nonprofit capacity-building series.

Data has the power to inform, inspire, and drive action but only when it’s communicated effectively. This hands-on, interactive workshop will help nonprofit leaders transform complex data into clear, compelling stories that resonate with funders, board members, community partners, and other stakeholders.
